The second that Fall arrives, everyone is craving all things pumpkin spice, butternut squash, and soups. I don’t blame them, I always pull out my crock pot this time of year and make soups at least twice a week.

  1. Thank you for these. You may not be aware, but GF is also important for us folks with Hemochromatosis (Iron Overload). We must eat a restricted, non-Iron diet. The grains all have Iron, and all flour sold in the U.S. is required to be fortified with iron.

    Your recipes also suit my tastebuds! Thank you, again.
