Where it all began
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2013, and I dove head first into the gluten-free lifestyle. It was extremely overwhelming at first, but food blogs really saved me when it came to learning how to cook delicious gluten-free recipes. This was back when being gluten-free wasn’t as popular as it is now, so I decided that I wanted to help other people with food restrictions in the way food blogs had helped me, and The Wheatless Kitchen was born. I hope you love these recipes as much as I do, they all come straight from my heart to your kitchen.
