Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt (coconut or greek)`
  • 1/4 cup GF whole oats
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • handful of ice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for about 60 seconds, until there are no more clumps.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
