No Bake Brownie Bites

These No Bake Brownie Bites are a healthy and delicious dessert made with just 3 ingredients! No refined sugar or flour needed, these brownies are rich, fudgy, and the perfect treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 ¼ cup medjool dates

Instructions
 

  • Remove the pit from the dates. If they are already very soft, then you won't have to soak them. If they are not soft and squishy, then soak them in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain them.
  • Add all three ingredients to a food processor and process on high for about 20-30 seconds. The mixture will start to come together and look crumbly, but it should stick together when you press it between your fingers.
  • Remove the mixture from the food processor and use your fingers to press it into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish. Press it into an even layer, making sure it is flat all the way into the corners. Place the brownies in the fridge for about 30 minutes to help them firm up a bit.
  • Remove from the fridge, then remove the brownie by pulling up on the parchment, pulling it all out in one piece. Cut into small, bite size squares and enjoy!
