Preheat the broiler on high. Cut the stems off of the figs and then cut them in half or quarters.
Lay the figs on a small baking sheet, and place them close together. Crumble the goat cheese evenly over the top.
Broil for 5-7 minutes, until the figs are soft and the goat cheese just starts to brown slightly.
When you remove them from the oven, let them cool for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt and drizzle with honey.
