Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Orgain)
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade)
  • handful of ice
  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1 minute, until you have a smooth consistency.
