Cranberry Coconut Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • cup vegan vanilla protein powder
  • cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and use a wooden spoon to stir everything together. Once it just starts to mix well, use your hands and knead it as you would a dough.
  • Just knead it with your hands a few times, until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Take about 1 tbsp portions, and roll the dough in the palm of your hands to make a ball. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
