Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Give it a stir to evenly combine, then let the mixture come to a low boil.
Once boiling, turn the heat down to low, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Use a wooden spoon to stir every few minutes to prevent the honey from burning.
The cranberries will start to burst, and the sauce will thicken as it simmers.
Remove from the heat, and transfer to a bowl. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
