Big Batch Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot on the stove top. Stir, cover with a lid, and turn the heat to high.
  • Let the liquid come to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to medium-low and let it simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, transfer to a glass container and let it cool completely before putting it in the refrigerator.
  • To serve, just spoon out desired amount, heat, and add your favorite toppings!
