Hey guys! I know I haven’t done a workout Wednesday in a while, but I’m starting it back up today! I can finally start doing certain workouts again after my knee surgery, and I did this little gem yesterday. Oh my, I’m definitely feeling it today!
It fires up the entire core, from the center abs, to the obliques, and all the way to the back muscles. We have to remember to always work the entire core, not just the front of the abs. If we want strong abs, we need a strong back. And plus, don’t you want to have a pretty sculpted back in your swimsuit this summer? I know I do!
