Thigh Burner Workout
Oh man, this workout may look innocent because you don’t need any equipment, but it is TOUGH. I did three rounds of this the other day and my butt and thighs are STILL sore. Sheesh! That’s my kind of workout.
This is also the perfect kind of workout to do while traveling because you can do it right in your hotel room. I am definitely using this during our week in California. It is quick and intense, so you don’t have to spend a lot of time working out on vacation.
