Arms + Shoulders Pyramid Workout
It’s workout Wednesday! I did this arms and shoulder workout yesterday and my arms are definitely sore today. I love it when that happens!
This quick workout takes almost no time, but you can definitely feel the burn. It targets pretty much your entire upper body- biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, upper back and even your abs! All you need is a set of dumbbells! Let me know how you like it!!
