Grain-Free Pumpkin Almond Bread 

This simple gluten-free and grain-free recipe comes together in just ONE bowl!

Let’s get started!

Mix the batter

Combine all of the ingredients (except the toppings) into a bowl and whisk to make a smooth batter.

Get your loaf pan

Cut parchment paper the length of the loaf pan, and pour the batter in. Top with the almonds and pepitas.

Bake!

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool and Slice!

Transfer to a wire rack to cool, slice, and enjoy!
