Tabata Superset Workout
Happy Workout Wednesday! In case you missed last week’s Wednesday post, I started a new series where I am going to create a new workout every Wednesday. I have a fun one for you guys today! It’s tabata time! I love tabata workouts because they are so quick and efficient, just the way I like it.
Tabata workouts are a really good way to get cardio and strength moves knocked out all at one time. And if you do it properly, it gets your heart rate sky high and burns a ton of calories. Tabatas are similar to HIIT workouts. I love the fact that you can burn a crazy amount of calories without spending an hour on the treadmill. Just like last week, this workout can be done almost anywhere, all you need is a set of dumbbells.
