Hi Sharon! I&#039;m so glad you liked the brownies! I should have mentioned this in the post, but I just put whole quinoa in my food processor to grind it up. It processed pretty well, but there were definitely still pieces of whole grain in there. I&#039;m sure it changes the texture a little bit, but using already made flour works just as well.]]></description>
