KIND Snacks – Healthy Grains Clusters [3 ways]
Have you guys tried the KIND healthy grain clusters yet? If not, you totally should. I have been eating KIND bars for a long time now, and I have loved just about every single flavor they have. When I was given the opportunity to try a couple of new flavors of their healthy grain clusters (a.k.a. granola), I just couldn’t pass it up! I thought it would be fun to give you guys some ideas for how to use it in different types of recipes and to show you how versatile these little clusters really are. The flavors they sent me were the Banana Nut Clusters and the Raspberry with chia seeds. BOTH WERE SO GOOD. I have polished off a couple of bags way too fast.
Yogurt Parfait with Peaches + Banana Nut Clusters
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/3-1/2 cup KIND Banana Nut Clusters
1 peach, chopped
Layer a couple of tablespoons of the clusters in the bottom of a jar, top with the yogurt, next add a layer of peaches, and finish with a layer of clusters.
Green Smoothie Bowl with Strawberries + Raspberry Clusters
1 frozen banana
handful spinach
4-8 oz almond milk
vanilla protein powder
handful of ice
4-5 strawberries, sliced
handful of KIND Raspberry Clusters
In a blender, add the banana, spinach, milk, protein powder and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries and clusters.
Paleo Banana Pancakes + Banana Nut Clusters
1 medium very ripe banana
1 large egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp almond flour
1-2 tbsp almond milk (if needed to thin the batter)
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. In a mixing bowl, combine the banana, egg, cinnamon and almond flour. Mash the banana with a fork and then whisk to combine into a smooth batter. To make one large pancake, pour all of the batter into the skillet. If making smaller pancakes, only pour about 1/3 of the batter into the skillet. Let cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Top with extra sliced banana, real maple syrup and banana nut clusters.
have you tried to make muffins using Kind Raspberry clusters with chia?
If so how did it work? will you share?
I have never tried that, and I’m not 100% sure that it would work as muffins. Are you wanting to use the granola as the flour? Or just as a crumble on top? If so, I think you could probably make muffins and then sprinkle the granola on top before you bake them for a crumble topping. Let me know how that goes if you try it! I might even try that myself!
You could use this muffin recipe, this would be perfect with the KIND raspberry flavor… https://www.thewheatlesskitchen.com/chocolate-chunk-raspberry-almond-muffins/
