Killer Leg Workout & A Guide to Foam Rolling

Today I woke up knowing that I wanted to do a killer leg workout. I did the elliptical this morning for some cardio, and jotted down this little leg workout to do afterwards. My entire lower body was definitely shaking by the end of this, so I knew that I had to share it with you. It hurts so good. And I am going to be SO sore tomorrow. Mission accomplished.

I also found a really informative image about foam rolling on Pinterest recently. I love foam rolling, and there a ton of benefits that can come from doing it. I have been foam rolling for a while now, and I love it! There is a certain way it is supposed to be done, and I thought the folks over at Greatist did a great job at showing us all how to do it correctly. So I wanted to share it with you guys, because it will definitely help anyone that is learning how to foam roll.
