It’s hump daaaaay! And that means workout Wednesday!
I’ve been trying to work my abs a little more lately, so I decided to focus on that for this week’s workout. We could all use some extra ab workouts throughout the holiday season, and you will definitely be feeling the burn when you’re done with this one! All of these moves are pretty basic when it comes to ab exercises, but if you do them right, they can be extremely effective. Do this routine a few times a week with some cardio and full body strength routines and you will have flat, defined abs in no time!
