					<description><![CDATA[I love roasted chickpeas also!  I don&#039;t have the patience to dry them, so I put them in the oven for a few minutes to dry off before adding any flavorings...  I have never tried balsamic vinegar and think it&#039;s a great idea!  Thanks for the inspiration.]]></description>
