Okay guys, this may be the easiest and most simple non-recipe recipe I’ve ever put on TWK. In fact, I have debated actually posting this ‘recipe’ for a LONG time now because I just thought that it was too easy and really not that exciting.
BUT, I get asked how I roast my sweet potatoes alllllll the time. So I finally thought I would give in to everyone’s requests and just show you guys how I do it. And trust me, anyone can make delicious roasted sweet potatoes!
All you have to do is cover them in a little olive or coconut oil, salt and pepper, and throw those babies into the oven. BOOM, the most perfect roasted sweet potatoes. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. We eat them like candy in our house.
