Helpful Resource -> Gluten-Free Conversion Charts

Hey guys! Happy Saturday! I hope everyone is enjoying this amazing fall weather. I don’t know how many times I have told you that I love fall, but it’s probably getting obnoxious. My sweaters, boots, scarves and pumpkin recipes are in full swing right now!

Among the recipes that I post on here, I also wanted to give you guys some helpful resources when it comes to gluten-free cooking and baking. It can be tricky sometimes (especially GF baking), and it is all about trial and error. But once you learn about all of the different GF flours, you will see that it is not as complicated as it seems. I found a couple of conversion charts that are actually really helpful when it comes to converting a recipe into a GF version.

The first one shows you how to use rice flour and a couple of different starches to make a GF version of an all-purpose flour. I’ve used this method and it has worked well for me.

I have found this chart for coconut flour to be SO helpful. I love that they not only tell you how to convert it in a recipe, but they give you tons of tips on how to use it. I love baking with coconut flour, and use it in a lot of my recipes. It is also paleo-friendly for all of my grain-free friends out there!

I hope this helps you guys out in your gluten-free baking endeavors!
