Not everyone has time to make it to the gym for an hour long (or more) workout every single day. This is why it is SO convenient to have a list of your favorite YouTube workout channels in the queue for those busy days so you can workout right at home, or especially when traveling!
–> I LOVE Karena and Katrina! They are so adorable and always a huge ray of sunshine when you watch any of their videos. Their workouts are perfect, and always challenging. They have a great variety of workouts that focus on specific body parts to full body workouts. I also own one of their workout DVDs and I love it, but it is especially helpful to have their YouTube channel when I’m traveling.
–> Adriene is the cutest, and so funny and quirky in her yoga videos. She has SO many yoga videos to choose from that cover just about everything that you could need, from help with stress and anxiety, weight loss, bedtime flows, morning flows, core work, etc.
–> I like Popsugar because you can choose from lots of different trainers, so you can get something completely different every time you workout. They have a huge variety to choose from, and they also cover a lot of buzzed-about workout classes and trends.
–> Cassie Ho’s channel provides a similar kind of content as Tone it Up. There are a variation of workouts that target specific body parts, to full body workouts. I also love that Cassie is so real with her followers with her videos like ‘The Perfect Body’, and when she talks about her own insecurities.

–> This is another one similar to Popsugar that provides lots of different trainers, so you can really customize your experience and get something different every day.
